At Chāmpo®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-performance haircare; if a product isn't right for you, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on bottles that remain unopened and sealed.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your unopened Chāmpo® products in their original shipping box or a secure alternative to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
